Meredith Irby, LCSW
Meredith Kinsey Irby is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who has been practicing since 2011. She has gained valuable experience in the field of social work and mental health services, and has worked with a broad range of clients.

Meredith has experience working with children ages five and up, adults, and families. She has also practiced as a medical and oncology social worker prior to receiving her master’s degree. Meredith received her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in May of 2014 and her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Arkansas in May of 2011. Throughout her practice as a social worker, she has had several successes and positive reports of her practice from current and former clients.

Meredith is TF-CBT trained and specializes in working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community.
Chukwuma Ekeh, LCSW
Chukwuma Ekeh, LCSW, has a master’s degree in social work and from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and bachelor’s degree in psychology from Louisiana College. He specializes in working with children, starting at the age of 3, with both emotional and behavioral issues as well as working with family units. He also has experience working with clients with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Major Depressive Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. He is certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

Mr. Ekeh’s ultimate goal is to help each client reach their goals and to provide therapeutic support and resources so they can be the person they are meant to be on a consistent basis.
Robert Irby, LCSW
Robert Irby is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Little Rock, AR. He holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Social Work from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. Mr. Irby has over ten years of experience in social work and mental health services, and has worked with a wide range of populations. He has a love and passion for working with young people through sports and athletic training, and likes to incorporate this into his mental health practice. In his free time, Mr. Irby enjoys training young athletes and coaching community sports.
